Freelance Rolling Contract or Fixed Term Contract

Up to £350per day outside IR35 / £45K pro rata

4 day work week, Tuesdays & Thursdays in London office

Job Summary - Step into the spotlight of design and branding with this amazing project manager / account director opportunity within one of London's top creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key client relationships and proactively develop the client's business within the agency
• Develop opportunities with clients within the UK and other key regions as required
• Identify opportunities outside of existing accounts and strive to develop these
• Manage complex projects
• Proactively anticipate and resolve (or escalate) project and account issues
• Ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget
• Have a good grasp of the property world, and our client's business
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal costing procedures and client billing so we make a profit
• Strive to develop improvements and efficiencies within the Client Services team by continuing to evolve the teams approach to working processes

Skills & Experience

• Branding & strategic experience
• Placemaking , property / real estate project experience
• A strategic thinker, with the ability to think outside the box when problem solving
• A multi-tasker who knows how to prioritise and do what it takes to get the job done
• A natural planner, always thinking a few steps ahead
• Bundles of leadership potential; enthusiastic, flexible, proactive and supportive

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £350per day outside IR35
• Hybrid flexible work - Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office and Fridays off

Location & Workplace Policy

• Tuesdays to Thursdays in London offices
• Mondays and Wednesdays working from home with Fridays off
