Role Info:

Senior Producer
Hybrid Working / Southampton or London Office Base
Up to £42,000 - £55,000
Plus Excellent Benefits Package

Service: Global Inde Creative & Production Advertising Agency
Clients: Iconic brands such as Activision, B&Q, Bacardi and CooperVision.

The Senior Producer Role:

You will be responsible for managing the production of assets delivered via internal Five by Five capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of projects, maintaining our high standards of output, and maximising client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and manage the delivery of Five by Five projects across multiple clients, maximising income and client satisfaction.
+ Lead and support the production team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
+ Manage a high volume of quick-turnaround projects, maintaining quality while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
+ Mentor, coach, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
+ Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, managing and reporting on budgets accurately.
+ Collaborate closely with the Project Management team and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

+ Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.
+ Natural passion for production and creative output, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
+ Commercial acumen, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and estimating.
+ Experience across various media formats, including social, video, radio, and localization.
+ Innovative, collaborative, courageous, transparent, and resilient mindset.
