We are currently seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join our client's London office, working alongside two remarkable Partners.

In this role, you will primarily handle non-contentious matters intertwined with the corporate, finance, and real estate teams nationwide. This involves providing counsel to various stakeholders in distressed scenarios, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals, and representing insolvency practitioners.

What skills and qualities are necessary?

  • Proven experience handling transactional and related matters as the primary fee earner on a daily basis.
  • Strong technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategies for practice growth and development.
  • Exceptional drafting, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to grasp clients' working environments and deliver practical advice, both orally and in writing.
  • Quick assimilation of large volumes of information to focus on key issues.
  • Effective time and file management skills to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
