The role

Acknowledged as one of the most innovative agencies in the area, they’ve always adopted a flexible working policy and have some superb benefits - you will be joining a team which has won several awards and accolades over the years, and you will also be given the chance to work on clients which have an international presence. Set in the heart of Manchester, in a sublime office setting, they're all geared towards staff welfare and development.

They are in the process of growing their senior team and this is ideal for someone with experience advising organisations at a senior level, and who enjoys leading client programmes and developing teams, through mentoring, encouragement and guidance. The role has a lean towards corporate communications with a particular focus on clients in the food, drink and FMCG sectors and you’ll need a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in which they operate.

Their portfolio boasts a wonderful mix of clients, most of which are iconic names, on both a national and global scale, where you’ll be alongside a team of top draw practitioners, providing endless opportunity for personal development.

What we’re looking for:

Their work is a driver for growth & innovation, combining deep customer insight, powerful creative ideas, and first-class execution, where they always approach it from a quality perspective - both creative and strategic. They have a tried and tested record of illuminating the brand presence of their clients to unprecedented levels & your role will be to harness and add value to these relationships. After all, an agency is only as good as its client relationships, and it’s your job to make sure they are as strong and strategic as possible.

If you’re interested in, and have a background in corporate communications, this is worth consideration, as it’s a superb consultancy which has thrived & thrived, even through some tough economic times. It’s all been down to the quality of people on board, and how it all pulls together. This role does need someone that has a slightly more strategic head on their shoulders & can offer insightful & pragmatic advice to their clients.

You’ll be used to providing senior counsel within a corporate communications capacity, ideally within the food, drink or FMCG sectors & enjoy leading & guiding teams, in a cohesive & diplomatic manner. You’ll need an impactful communication style that inspires others, with a fair few years’ experience within an agency or in-house setting. You’re also looking to work in a creative and innovative agency setting that prides themselves on the quality of our client service.
