Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and stability analysis.
Develop and optimise power system models and study scenarios.
Analyse and troubleshoot power system issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in power system planning processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all power system planning activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Prepare reports and presentations on power system planning analysis and findings.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in power system planning and analysis.
Strong knowledge of power system modelling software, such as PSS/E or PowerFactory.
Proficient in using programming languages, such as MATLAB or Python, for power system analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
