Senior Php Developer

• Location: Snodland, Kent (fully in office)

We are seeking a PHP Developer to join our rapidly growing ecommerce brand. This role is based at our new headquarters in Snodland, Kent, and is an excellent opportunity for a developer with a strong background in PHP, particularly CakePHP or Laravel, to contribute to our success story.

• Collaborate with the team to analyse requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions using PHP.
• Develop and maintain web applications using the CakePHP framework.
• Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and readability.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement new features and functionality based on project specifications and user requirements.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with CakePHP framework or equivalent (e.g., Laravel).
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with databases, particularly MySQL.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in PHP development.
