Senior Payroll Consultant
Position: Payroll Officers (2 positions)
Duration: 6-month contract
Experience Required: EBS/Oracle Business Suite Experience
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary Range: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
We are currently seeking two Payroll Officers to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidates will have expertise in payroll systems, particularly with EBS/Oracle Business Suite, and preferably previous experience working within a council environment.
Key Duties:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
- Oversee the entire payroll process from data entry to distribution of paychecks, making sure to resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee records and benefits deductions.
- Generate payroll reports and provide analysis to management, offering insights into labour costs and trends.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.
