Due to a successful year and expansion, my clients are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team. The position will involve managing a small team with training and development , as well as helping process Mortgage cases.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Mortgage Administrator to progress their career with a well-respected business.

Working Hours:

As a Senior Mortgage Administrator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm.

Our clients are offering the successful Senior Mortgage Administrator:

  • A basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Bonus scheme
  • On target earnings of up to £32,000

Senior Mortgage Administrator requirements:

  • Strong track record in the industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Mortgage process
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to coach and train staff
  • Strong Customer Service and Admin background.

The Senior Mortgage Administrator role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing a small team
  • Training and Development
  • Providing on going support to team members
  • Processing of new applications in preparation for the lenders/underwriters
  • Distribution of Mortgage offers and helping clients reach completion
  • Comply with FCA regulations, checking cases meet all internal and external regulations
  • To comply with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime
