Senior ML Ops Engineer

Eames is currently partnered with a digital speciality insurer who are looking for a Senior ML Ops Engineer to deliver a new machine learning platform.

They are London-based, offering hybrid working and a circa £95,000 salary depending on experience plus a targeted bonus.

In this role, you will:

·Work collaboratively with business-wide stakeholders to solve exciting technical challenges.

·Propose new initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on these objectives.

·Define best practices and standards within the ML Ops team.

·Leverage previous experience to guide teams and inform strategic decisions.

The candidate:

·Previous experience with Python, Kubernetes, Seldon and ML Flow

·Previous experience building an ML Ops system from scratch.

·A track record in managing an array of models e.g., actuarial models, rule-based, heuristic, ect.

·Previous technical leadership experience.
