Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Role

Play a leading role in the Design of new mechanical & electromechanical robotics

systems.

Complete design and analysis of Mechatronic /electro-mechanical systems: Level 5

autonomous design, electromechanical system integration and control.

These ground breaking new products are being adopted by leading OEMs globally in a range of sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial and Automation.

Design of electro-mechanical, mechanical, electrical & mechatronic control systems for Driverless Vehicles

  • Full project schedule ownership from design, creation to delivery
  • Working across many functions and with clients and suppliers
  • Full Development & New Product Engineering

Essential Experience Required

  • BEng / Engineering - ideally Mechanical or Design or electrical or Mechatronic or electromechanical.
  • Mechanical Design Engineering using SolidWorks / Siemens NX or similar

Advantage:

  • Experience of Mechatronic / electromechanical engineering - ideally in Aerospace or Automotive /Robotics / Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Robotics or Aerospace or Automotive or Industrial Automation design engineering background
  • Validation & Verification tests in tech environment
  • FMEA / PFD
