THE COMPANY

The business is one of the world's leading refurbished electronics marketplaces operating in over 21 countries and counting. They specialise in empowering people to consume tech sustainably by offering people a high-quality, accessible and eco-friendly alternative to buying new electronics.

And they are seeking a Senior MarTech Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. With the purpose of being at the intersection of marketing and technology, equipped with the skills to navigate the evolving digital landscape, implementing state of the art market technology solutions, and driving data-driven decision making.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, select and manage marketing tech tools and platforms to ensure they meet business requirements and fully integrated into marketing strategies

• Oversee the martech stack's effectiveness

• Lead the transition to GA4, ensuring seamless tracking set-up, data integration and reporting capabilities. Customise GTM configurations to align with marketing goals and provide insightful analytics

• Design and implementing marketing automation workflows that improve efficiency and personalise customer experiences

• Perform data analysis in SQL to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies

• Provide tech support for marketing technologies and train marketing team members on new tools and best practices to maximise effectiveness

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical experience in SQL and Google Analytics

• Strong background in marketing analytics (MMM) and performance marketing

• Solid understanding and experience working with marketing campaigns

• Strong stakeholder management experience
