Senior Marketing Executive - Liverpool Street - £35,000 - £40,000d.o.e

Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a fast-growing New Homes team with projects all across London. They are in the process of hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join their exiting Marketing department and assist in the day to day running of the team.

As a Sales and Marketing agent you will work on behalf of many Housing Associations, Developers and Registered provider to produce the full suite of marketing collateral for new build homes across London and the South East.

Role

• Assisting Assistant Director of Marketing in production of development brochures, signage, show homes and marketing suites
• Working with Graphic Designers and creative agencies to produce a full suite of creative collateral for adverts, digital advertising, HTML mailers, leaflets etc
• Assist in the delivery of the marketing strategy in line with the company vision through executing marketing campaigns to generate quality leads in line with company targets
• Deliver and assist in the creation of brand campaigns across all marketing and digital channels, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure maximum brand amplification
• Working with Sales Managers and external media buyers to produce advertising schedules for all live developments
• Monitoring advertising activity regarding performance and success and analysing results
• Client liaison with key B2B clients on performance of activity
• Management of Marketing executive
• Overseeing the maintenance of websites, portals, and web listings with Marketing Executive
• Overseeing regular HTML mailer and SMS distribution to databases

Requirements

• Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in property marketing at an executive level
• Experience in media buying and advertising channels
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• MS Office
• Happy to work full time in office
• Flexible to travel to developments across London and the South East where required

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000d.o.e
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
