This is a new and exclusive role to Edwards & Pearce for a Senior Manager. You will be working for a local charity and your responsibilities will entail working closely with the director of services to focus on achieving operational and strategic objectives. You will become part of a team and you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the centres and key workers.

THE ROLE:
As a Senior manager you will provide day to day management of the centres in the Humberside region as well as managing key workers.
You will be responsible for managing key workers whose main priority is to deal with vulnerable people who may have suffered trauma.
Dealing with external criminal justice and Health & social care.
Identifying new funding opportunities.
Manage operational budgets.
Develop working relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE:
Leading, motivating and developing effective and successful staff teams.
Leading and managing service deliver teams, preferably in a charity, voluntary or non-profit sector.
Management of contracts and maintaining great relationships with contract providers.
Strategic planning and the ability to translate strategy into achievable goals.
Good Influencing and negotiation skills.
The ability to problem solve difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Ability to oversee and manage budgets.
Able to travel as and when required.
Able to work evenings and weekends and stay overnight where necessary.
