The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving national corporate finance firm that advises multinationals and SMEs on a variety of strategic situations including M&A, debt advisory and transaction services. The Senior Manager will support the Corporate Finance Partner in providing strategic guidance to clients, executing transactions, managing relationships and leading junior team members.

The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA, you will have experience in M&A and/or corporate finance, as well as experience leading teams and managing junior staff. You will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will ideally have had exposure to transactions and/or debt advisory.

A national business advisory firm specialising in corporate finance, forensics, debt advisory and restructuring. They have successfully advised clients recently in a broad range of sectors including professional services, automotive and private equity.
