Senior Lettings Negotiator
On behalf of our clients we are seeking a skilled and experienced senior lettings negotiator/assistant lettings manager for their office in Isleworth, Greater London.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be pivotal in guiding clients to their dream homes and adeptly managing the letting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are promptly and professionally addressed.
Conduct property viewings, furnishing potential tenants with comprehensive details on available properties.
Skilfully negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants for mutually beneficial arrangements.
Stay abreast of local property market trends, rental rates, and competition to offer informed advice to clients.
Aid in Market Appraisals and Take On's.
Assist Lettings Manager as needed.
Support general office duties.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a lettings negotiator or similar role.
Deep understanding of the local property market.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Remarkable negotiation prowess with a knack for sealing deals.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in real estate databases and computer software.
Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
