Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager

Our client is an independent, boutique estate agency and is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to be based in their primely located corner premises in Wandsworth.
To be considered, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and any local knowledge would be highly beneficial. You will be responsible for viewings, valuations/instructions & handling your own paperwork. Our client needs someone who has a passion for providing excellent customer service, is highly organised, and is willing to go the extra mile.

Personal specification:
• At least 2 years’ experience within residential lettings
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Self-motivated
• Target and goal driven individual
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence
The salary for this role will include a basic of £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000+! A pooled car is available for viewings, however, the majority of their properties are within walking distance of the office.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
