Senior Job Analyst
We are currently representing a leading public sector body who are looking to recruit for a Senior Job Analyst on a 6-month temporary basis.
The role is fully remote with a day rate of circa £400 via an umbrella company
Duties will include:
- Researching, reviewing and developing job evaluation methods and reward & recognition strategies
- Maintaining data relating to job evaluation, providing analysis and reports to management
- Supporting with the review and development of reward and recognition policies and strategies
- Ensuring all records are accurately kept
- Working collaboratively across the wider business and also liaising with Trade Unions
- Assisting with consultations and communicating any changes across the business
- Providing advice on job evaluation, reward and recognition, demonstrating an excellent understanding of pay & conditions and HR policies
Experience required:
- Experience in NJC Job Evaluation
- Strong analytical skills within reward & recognition
- Knowledge of Job Evaluation highly desirable
- Previously delivered Job Evaluation workshops
