Salary: £29,777 - £31,364 per annum

The Role
The Senior ICT Technician is a member of the ICT Department and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the ICT systems across this 11 to 18 school.
The post-holder will provide support to the ICT Manager and provide advice and support to all members of the school community, maintain equipment and provide general day to day support of the school’s ICT systems.

Skills and Experience
- GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent
- Knowledge in the use of schools information management systems
- Experience of Windows network development and maintenance, install and configure network switch’s
- Experience of Microsoft Windows server management setting up and maintaining network services such as DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, WDS and Active directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows and Office professional applications
- Experience in the running of an ICT help desk support system
- Exp0erience of setting up and configuring computers (Windows 10)
- Experience of PC maintenance
- Experience of creating and rolling out workstation images using Windows Deployment services
- Experience of Office 365 administration
- Understanding and knowledge of the importance of PC security
