Our client is a well-known organisation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team for a 12 month FTC.
  
Main purpose
The role is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner that is looking for a new challenge. The role is responsible for overseeing the capacity of the advisory team as well as providing advisory support to a designated client group.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Workforce and workload planning to manage capacity and ensure appropriate case management.
  • Support, train and develop members of the advisor team
  • Monitor team performance and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement.
  • Lead and manage more complex ER cases, including appeals
  • Support with employee lifecycle activity.
  
Person specification
  • Previous experience working at HR Advisor level
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law
  • Proven experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
