Owing to growth a public service authority is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People Team for an immediate start!

Criteria:

Maternity cover role until end of March 2025

Working 2-3 days from offices in Hemel

Paying up to £38k per annum

HR Generalist role so previous HR casework experience is essential

Must be able to do the transactional HR process and admin for the Employment cycle

CIPD Level 7 qualified (or go the relevant UK based experience)

Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel

Previous experience on HR and Recruitment systems - we use iTrent

Must have fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills

MUST be experienced in PUBLIC SECTOR HR roles
