Senior Global Loans Associate

This is a great opportunity to join a leading progressive global law firm with a rich history spanning more than 200 years.

They are looking for an Associate with experience in fund finance, looking to focus mainly in this product area and to help develop the market leading team.

Experience in subscription finance, net asset value and other fund finance facilities would also be helpful but is not a prerequisite.

There will also be times when you might support other parts of the global loans team (e.g. corporate lending or acquisition finance but the core focus will be fund finance).

The teams global loans / banking practice is recognised by their clients to be one of the most innovative and solution orientated legal practices in the city today.
