Page Personnel are working with an organisation in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Officer on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to month end procedures and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The client is a large Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Officer include:

• Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
• Providing advice to budget holders
• Assisting with variance analysis
• Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries, escalating where necessary

Profile

The successful Senior Finance Officer should have:

• Experience working in an accounting environment
• Some exposure to dealing with month end processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive approach to their work

Job Offer

• £30,000 - £35,000 salary
