Then this is the role for you, we are currently recruiting for an Education Trust that is looking to bring in a Senior Finance Manager that will have full responsibility for the Financial Management & Control of all Trust Accounts. This role is permanent from day one and is reporting directly into the CFO and board.

So what would your responsibilities be? 

• Financial Planning & Control
• Financial Accounting including VAT returns & Financial analysis
• Board reporting & external audits
• Stakeholder management of Operational & SLT stakeholders
• Finance team management
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Managing policies & procedures.

But what experience & qualifications do you need?

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
• Prior experience within an educational trust or NFP is desirable
• At least 4 years experience within a financial control or management position
• Experience with both operational & SLT stakeholder management
