I am looking for someone awesome to join a finance team as a Senior Business Partner. You'll be the go-to person for regional teams across the country. You won't be sitting around waiting for orders - you'll be out there where the action is, supporting and sharing your financial wisdom with the regional teams.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

• You get to spend time with regional teams on a monthly basis and be their financial guru
• You'll get a buzz out of producing management accounts that give each business tangible intel on how they are performing
• You'll be the guardian of internal controls, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays above board.
• Most importantly, you will lead and mentor a junior partner, guiding them through their studies and showing them the ropes of the business.

What you'll need

You'll have experience partnering with commercial teams, especially in construction or something similar.

You're a qualified finance wizard who knows their way around management accounts and contract accounting.

You're a people person who can build relationships with just about anyone.
