Senior Finance Business Partner
We are partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking global health charity dedicated to find a Senior Finance Business Partner.
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies. You will work closely with the leadership team as well as non-finance stakeholders to provide strategic insights and maximise the impact of the programs. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to contribute to the focused mission of an organisation saving many lives worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing accurate and insightful reports to inform decision-making and facilitate resource allocation.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and effective financial plans.
- Prepare financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations on funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting them with financial insights and guidance.
- Preparation of management information and donor reports
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified accountant
- Have demonstrable experience of leading a budgeting and forecasting process
- Have strong experience of business partnering with the ability to adapt your approach
- Strong excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to summarise and present information effectively including written, graphical and verbal presentation
