Senior Finance Business Partner , Real Estate, 12 months, £75k , ASAP start- 1 month notice max.

I'm working with a renowned real estate firm responsible for office, retail and residential development.

They are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract, you will have 1 direct report and responsible for partnering senior stakeholders within the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage 1 direct, ensuring their continued learning and development
  • Collaborate with segment budget holders to maintain a current understanding of performance metrics and budget vs actual cost positions
  • Drive the production of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and long-term business plans, while providing insightful analysis alongside segment budget holders
  • Assist business segments with analysis and forecasting of leases and transactions as needed.
  • Review actual performance against budgets and forecasts, making necessary adjustments and liaising with stakeholders for accurate financial postings.
  • Prepare detailed commentary on variances and high-level summaries for management presentations, while overseeing team-generated commentary.
  • Ad hoc analysis

Skills required:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience within a similar commercial finance role
  • Prior management experience.
