Position:
Senior Facilities Manager

Location: White City Living, London, W12 7RQ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1700

Salary:  £65,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Senior Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner:

  • You will be an experienced technical, hard services Facilities Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and stakeholders at any given time.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety, statutory compliance, managing PPM’s, O&M’s, M&E and supporting with the delivery of a phased handover.
  • You will have high level reporting experience and the ability to cascade information to various stakeholders across the board.
  • You will oversee the daily management of the facilities department in respect of staff, project management, dealing with handovers, mobilisation, snagging, staffing strategies and overall project management.
  • You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • You have a proven track record in managing various contractors and third party providers, ensuring quality and value for money.
  • You’ll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
