Senior Events Executive (Part Time)

Rare part time events role in a top international law firm. 4 day working week. Initial 18 month FTC due to new project. London / Hybrid working.

This international law firm, with an events team of 4, is a recruiting a new Senior Events Executive to support the team as they implement a new project. The role will be an initial 18 month contract but has a high chance of going perm or being extended. The role will support the Senior Events Manager on the day to day events operations, primarily focusing on external client events. The Senior Events Executive will also act as a mentor to junior members of the events team.

The role will include:

• Management of corporate sponsorships and associated events;
• Delivering a range of client events, including seminars, networking drinks, dinners, etc;
• Ensuring delivery of corporate hospitality with the support of the Events Assistant and Events Executive;
• Ensuring event data is accurate on the CRM, InterAction;
• Updating the global event calendar, and event SharePoint page;
• Maintaining and building relationships with event suppliers and venues across the UK.

This role would suit a confident events professional with experience of the legal sector or wider professional services. Ideally candidates will have experience using a CRM database and be knowledgeable of the UK and London events market.
