This Senior Events Executive is positioned in a leading international law firm and will support the Events team in London to drive the delivery of the firm's events, corporate hospitality and senior networking programme. This role is an 18-month fixed term contract, for 3 days a week.

This Senior Events Executive opportunity, you will be responsible for:

Corporate Membership: Promote and manage our corporate membership program, including handling inquiries, changes, and cost-efficiency through negotiation.

External Client Events: Support the Events Team in organizing client seminars, events, and significant corporate entertainment opportunities. This encompasses researching, planning, and executing events in the UK and overseas (in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats). You will also develop creative proposals for the annual event program and negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to maximize ROI.

Partnership & Sponsorship Events: Collaborate with the Senior Events Manager on developing events for our firmwide schedule and sponsorship programs. You will also be responsible for organizing major non-client events like partnership and divisional dinners, as well as events associated with our network programs.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience of organising successful corporate events and hospitality from a legal and/or professional services environment.
