Senior Employment Solicitor

A leading law firm in Sheffield are looking to hire a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Employment Lawyer to lead in the growth and development of the Employment law function at one of the top firms in the region.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years experience in Employment law who is keen to embark on a holistic leadership role within the team. Responsibilities will include:

• Advising businesses and individuals on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment & HR matters
• Working closely with the firm's management board to develop the strategy of the team including marketing and business development activities, taking advantage of the firms vast network
• Managing and developing more junior members of the team
