Alexander Lloyd are excited to announce the partnership with a growing Employee Benefits Consultancy who are looking for an experienced healthcare/group risk consultant to join the business.

Day to day you would be responsible for managing a portolfio of SME clients with the opportunity to expand this further once you have proven to maintain the exisiting relationships. Therefore, you must have a combination of both healthcare and group risk experience along with managing SME accounts.

If you are looking for a company that promotes training and progression, then this role may be for you because our client created their own flexible benefits platform that you can learn how to onboard new clients to. Also, they have a training programme for pensions, if that is an area that you are interested in gaining more experience within.

They are offering a salary of £45k - £75k, depending on exeperience, plus bonus and benefits.
