Overview:

Our client has an exciting and unique new role in their fast-paced environment, where you will manage, lead and deliver effective campaigns within a commercial environment. Our client is hoping to strengthen their internal expertise with extra channels, such as Display and Programmatic advertising as appropriate to achieve their advertising goals.

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • Up to £38,900
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days at home)
  • 27 days paid holiday + bank holidays

Job specification:

  • Work collaboratively with senior management and colleagues across directorates to provide effective and efficient delivery
  • Required to plan effectively
  • Develop and execute high quality, engaging digital campaigns which attracts stakeholders
  • Work with the team, as well as the Senior Head of Digital
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to engage and recruit supporters
  • Ensure that the events website is accessible
  • Working with the internal teams to implement and maintain comprehensive digital strategies
  • Optimise engaging campaigns across primary platforms including social media, SEM, SEO and display advertising as appropriate
  • Create structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the ROI of campaigns
  • Document and present results to internal stakeholders
  • Forecast and report on ROI and demonstrate impact on business outcomes
  • Train new starters
  • Ensure all content complies with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
  • Attend events

Person specification:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level
  • MUST be a car driver with use of vehicle due to office location
  • Significant experience working in digital marketing, campaign management, or similar
  • Manage advertising budgets of £250k+ per annum
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies to manage digital campaign budgets, optimisation of spending and maximising of ROI
  • High level of technical skills and ability including use of marketing automation tools - ie. CRM systems, Google AdWords, SEO, analytics packages inc Google Analytics 4
  • Ability to interpret data insights, conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to think creatively, prioritise workload and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with Trello or other project management tools for task scheduling
  • Experience of Ads Managements tools (AdsManager, Hootsuite, Dot-Digital, SEM-Rush)
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative package, including photo/video editing
  • Experience working in the voluntary sector
