My client is looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join their innovative team! If you have previous experience developing products within the automotive industry or related field, then this could be the role for you!

Duties include:

• Performing tests on products to evaluate product performance.
• Reporting on tests to be able to develop and enhanceproducts.
• Using analytical tools and technical data to identify root causes of any potential problems that occur.
• Reading technical engineering drawings to produce products to specific standards.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

• A mechanical engineering degree or related field.
• Experience working in an industrial setting whilst designing and developingproducts within the automotive industry.
• Familiar with electromechanical systems as well as hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Able to use data collection and processing software such as MATLAB or DIAdem.
• Confident in the application of DFMEA methodologies.
• A strong communicator and able to thrive on projects involving multinational customers and clients.
