SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYTICS MANAGER

Credit Risk Manager - Drive Your Career with a leading lender!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and enhance credit risk strategies for lending portfolios utilizing data-driven methodologies to assess and manage credit risk effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer credit profiles, trends, and economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities in the portfolio.
  • Lead a team of credit risk analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to align credit risk strategies with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in credit risk analysis, strategy development, and portfolio management within lending
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Previous experience leading or managing a team of credit risk analysts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with credit scorecards, decision trees, and other credit risk models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for achieving excellence in credit risk management.
