Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for weekly aged debtor reporting and debtor performance reporting as well as AR Cash Forecasting
  • Daily cash allocation and exceptions where required
  • Working to improve business debtor days by chasing any overdue payments via phone and email
  • Maintaining customer relations and working with the sales team to help maintain this
  • Managing the credit limits for clients daily for order release, by regularly running credit checks on customers
  • Confirming customer direct debits & returns weekly
  • Assisting in setting up new accounts and ensuring all files are compliant on the system
  • Preparation of the AR month end bad debt provision & balance sheet reports and other ad hoc reports as required.
  • Identifying potential debt issues to the credit manager and mitigating the risk to the business
  • Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week flexible working patterns

Profile

Successful candidate:

  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Experience of working on SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to run bad debt provisions, reporting and cash forecasting

Job Offer

Salary up to £33,000 per annum DOE + Hybrid working + 26 days of annual leave (banks on top) + pension + work from home + flexible working hours + Annual bonus.
