In this role you will need to be a reliable and committed senior cover supervisor working within a welcoming and supportive environment that helps students grow, develop, and achieve the best from their education. This role will provide engaging work in a healthy environment that promotes learning and ambition and encourages students and teachers to be the best they can be.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons and supervising whole class lessons during the absence of teaching staff. You will ensure that the ethos of the schools are maintained to ensure that every student receives great lessons in a calm and scholarly atmosphere. You will be responsible, in liaison with the Assistant Headteacher and HR Assistants, for ensuring lessons are covered on a daily basis through the maintenance of the SIMS module

We are looking for someone who is committed to the outcomes of every student and is looking to develop their career in secondary education.

What you'll need to succeed:

* Good communication, team working, and organisational skills
* Able to effectively engage and relate with children
* Have experience of working with secondary age students
* Confident in delivering prepared lessons
* Able to motivate and inspire students
* Be able to manage behaviour in line with school policy
