We are recruiting for a global leading financial services organisation who are renowned for committing to fostering the growth and success of all, whilst investing heavily in learning and development and paving unique career paths. Due to ongoing developments and business wins, they are now seeking a number of Senior Client & Operation Managers (Client Directors) across the country. These positions are available on a hybrid basis out of their Scotland, London, Manchester and South East offices.

These roles will see you being responsible for the strategic commercial development and operational management of client relationships and service solutions for an agreed portfolio of clients,

Furthermore you will:

  • Identify and implement commercial development strategies
  • Work with Portfolio Operations Officers to implement operational effectiveness plans across an allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Manage a specified number of key clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day client and operational activities of such accounts
  • Understand and meet client needs effectively
  • Lead the growth of the portfolio of clients’ revenue and contribution lines aligned with internal targets
  • Drive service delivery in order to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
  • Operate as a commercial lead for clients, implementing creative financial and contractual constructs as appropriate.

As someone with experience of delivering in a targeted environment, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, it is essential that you possess solid pension industry knowledge (specifically Defined Benefit) or an industry presence to identify and influence changes that affect the business, with your experience being gained working for/with clients in the third- party administration environment.
