What you'll do:

As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and processing claims estimates. You will contribute to plan developments, assist in implementing operational team plans, support the Claims strategy, investigate complex Claims professionally, and ensure premiums are received before making payments. Your ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively will be key to achieving deadlines.

Evaluate and process in an accurate and timely manner, claims estimates and paid claim values in accordance with policy terms and conditions
Contribute to, monitor and advise on plan developments and changes to ensure relevancy, compliance, and optimal delivery
Assist in the preparation and implementation of operational team plans aligned with wider business strategy
Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
Investigate and resolve complex Claims of a specialist nature professionally
Ensure that base premiums have been received before making Claim payments

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Claims Adjuster role brings extensive knowledge of Claims in the appropriate area along with good working knowledge of company systems. She possesses strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential. Her ability to plan effectively and efficiently will be instrumental in managing conflicting priorities to achieve deadlines.

Extensive knowledge of Claims in appropriate area
Marine and Llyods Background is Preferred
Understanding of class-specific Claims knowledge (Speciality Claims)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to plan effectively and efficiently
