We are currently recruiting for a Senior Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, an exciting insurer based in the heart of the city.

The key purpose of the role is to handle a portfolio of Delegated Authority US Property and Liability Claims, striving to always achieve the best possible outcomes for the business and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a portfolio of Delegated Authority US Property and Liability Claims from FNOL to settlement promptly.
• Acting as the reference point and subject matter expert for Delegated Authority US Property and Liability Claims.
• Actively participating in quality control management of relevant TPA’s performance.
• Managing and strengthening effective relationships with internal and external parties.
• Regularly accessing and monitoring claims data to ensure quality of claims financials, and provide insights to various internal stakeholders.
• Manipulating data and providing analysis of claims to highlight trends, performance issues, leakage, costs spend, litigation and fraud.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience of adjusting US Delegated Authority claims within Company and/or Lloyd's Markets.
• Excellent knowledge of all specific I.T. applications used in the role (CLASS/ECF2, MS Office).
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret financial information.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
