Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (Life and Pensions Platform)

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Lead Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in their success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business analysis efforts within the Life and Pensions platform programme.
  • Work independently as the sole Business Analyst, demonstrating self-sufficiency and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Drive projects forward by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Life and Pensions platforms.
  • Highly self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
