Senior Building Surveyor
A prominent, worldwide Building Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to enrich their multidisciplinary team in Milton Keynes.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will embrace a dynamic position, tasked with overseeing refurbishment projects ranging from £50K to £2m, managing relationships with a major property company, and ensuring consistent communication with the client. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring graduates and apprentices, all while upholding exceptional standards of client service.
This role is an excellent fit for a Senior Building Surveyor ready to demonstrate their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS accreditation ideally
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience in handling design, contract administration of insurance claims & large losses
- Commericially minded and client facing
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
