A renowned chartered surveying and property consultancy is seeking a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to manage their projects across Yorkshire and play a key role in the development of their new Leeds office.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
As part of their expansion, this consultancy are keen to establish a new office and team in Leeds and requires a Senior Building Surveyor who is driven to contribute to this growth.
This exciting opportunity offers the Senior Building Surveyor a chance to independently manage a diverse project portfolio across commercial, leisure, education, retail, and government sectors.
This role is ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor eager to find a long-term opportunity that can offer significant career advancement potential, up to Partner level, and the chance to play a crucial role in the expansion and success of a new office.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified
- Commercial consultancy experience
- Able to work independently & autonomously
- A proactive, professional and self-motivated individual
