Senior Building Surveyor
A prominent Estate Agents and Property Consultancy is actively seeking an Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their expanding team in the Cambridge office.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will primarily focus on professional services, executing tasks such as dilapidations and technical due diligence, alongside some project and contract administration. You will cater to a diverse client base including commercial entities, rural estates, and National Trust properties.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a dynamic team of three, poised for significant professional growth within the department.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS
- RICS accredited degree
- Professional services bias/experience
- Strong written and verbal communication ability
- Competence with IT softwares; Word and Excel
- Proactive and positive attitude
- UK Driving licence
