A premier global construction consultancy is delighted to offer the opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to become a pivotal part of their Building Surveying team in Oxford.

The Senior Building Surveyor

Joining as a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be at the heart of some of the UK's landmark projects, with your responsibilities covering a broad spectrum including retail, health, energy, commercial, education, residential, and public sectors.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be tasked with conducting surveys, inspections, and schedules, providing a range of professional services, and overseeing regional schemes. Your focus areas will include handling dilapidations, party wall matters, and assessing fire risks, alongside direct line management of junior Building Surveyors in the team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS preferably, or AssocRICS with RICS accredited degree
• Project bias interest/experience
• 3+ years private practice/ consultancy background
• Commercially minded, proficient communicator and ambitious attitude
• Previous management experience would be beneficial but not essential
