An innovative multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to become a key member of their collaborative team located in Northampton.

This role represents a unique opportunity to work across an array of sectors, including residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and student accommodation, providing a varied and stimulating work environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be instrumental in leading and managing a diverse range of projects.

With projects spanning various sectors, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to provide an array of service, from traditional surveying tasks to complex project management and consultancy services.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A strong track record as a Building Surveyor, with significant experience in a senior role.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience working across various sectors, including residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and student accommodation.
• MRICS qualification, or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A forward-thinking approach, with the ability to contribute innovative solutions and drive the consultancy's growth.
