A London based management agency who work with an eclectic mix of broadcast talent across food & wine & lifestyle is looking for a Senior Talent Agent to join their team and head up their burgeoning broadcast division. This role will work cohesively with the agency's other sectors to ensure talent reaches their full commercial potential.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team on the implementation of an overarching strategic vision for the broadcast division's growth
  • Instrumental in the development of existing and new broadcast talent, within TV, radio, podcast, press and publishing.
  • Leading the broadcast team to ensure strong relationships with talent, brand partners and key external industry partners.
  • Utilise existing industry connections to establish agency as a key player within broadcast talent management.
  • Management and oversight of development projects across broadcast in close collaboration with agency's digital division
  • Seeking out and converting exciting commercial opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have an established presence within broadcast talent and will be incredibly well connected.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a commercial setting, negotiating competitive rates and contract stipulations.
  • Innate ability to spot and develop big potential talent for broadcast.
  • Talent development experience is key for this role.
