Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Working on a range of exciting residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
• Liaising with clients
• Produce technical details / drawings
• Assisting with any issues quickly
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Working across projects at all RIBA stages
• Working on projects within various sectors
• Technical detailing
• Run projects
• Produce high-quality drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
• Going to site and producing various reports

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
• Highly motivated & strong work ethic
• Residential experience highly advantageous
• High technical ability
• Based in or around Worthing
• Ability to help / mentor colleagues
• Revit / AutoCAD knowledge highly advantageous

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
