An Exciting Contract Opportunity for a Senior Android Software Developer with one of the Leading Tech Client in London, UK (remote).

Role: Senior Android Software Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: UK Remote

Job Responsibilities:
• Implement UI and logic changes according to spec
• Reviewing and approving code
• Refactoring complex code
• Suggesting architectural designs and implementation
• Performance tuning
• Writing unit and end to end tests
• Bug fixing

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android Studio

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
