Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of over €3 billion of hotel real estate
  • Involvement with portfolio management of hospitalty assets
  • The optimisation of asset income using financial analysis
  • Assisting with underwriting and complex financial modelling

My client are looking for c.2-4 years' of experience in hotel asset management. Knowledge and understanding of complex ticket deals essential. Multiple European languages highly desirable.
