We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join us from September 2024. If you have a passion for your vocation and are looking to join a hard-working, friendly and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Some of the responsibilities of the Senior Administrator include:

  • Work within the Academy administration team, and within the wider Trust, to maintain and develop both manual and computerised systems that effectively deliver the Academy's requirements
  • Deal with Reception / visitor matters as required ensuring visitors to the school are dealt with following academy safeguarding procedures
  • Undertake administrative procedures including drafting letters and other school
    communications.

We are a Primary Academy with an attached Nursery, situated in West Swindon, located just off J16 of the M4. There are currently just over 200 pupils on roll and pupils benefit from a modern, purpose built school building with extensive grounds. The Academy is at an exciting stage in its journey and is committed to securing the future of Hazelwood Academy as a centre of excellence and innovation, where talent is nurtured.
